Attorney Placement
KLG Legal Consulting specializes in the recruitment and placement of in-house counsel, practice groups, lateral partners, associates and paralegals. We begin the recruitment process by learning as much as we can about the employer’s office culture, practice areas, attorney expectations and growth potential. With this knowledge, we identify and recruit attorneys and other legal professionals that share the same vision. When working with candidates, we conduct thorough interviews and evaluate the candidate’s background, experience, personal and professional career goals. Skills Development
In addition to the placement of attorneys and legal professionals, KLG Legal Consulting creates skills development and training programs for attorneys. We work with law firms and companies to develop and present programs that allow attorneys to improve and hone their legal skills. Employers can choose from a selection of programs or engage KLG Legal Consulting to customize training programs that address the law firms’ specific professional development needs.

For firms that do not have a full time employee focusing on recruitment and professional development, KLG Legal Consulting can fulfill the responsibilities associated with these positions. Specifically, KLG Legal Consulting works with law firms to create and implement attorney training programs for a specified period of time. KLG Legal Consulting also works with firms to coordinate and fulfill their legal professional hiring needs.
